The first cut is called

CAPOEWHATSIT is a mixture of Capoeira traditional music and synthesizers featuring all the traditional instruments like the berimbau, pandeiro, agogo the atabaque.  And this particular cut is used for the warm-up or stretching getting the body ready and conditioned for a nice workout.

BRASIL NUT this song has the traditional South American feel of the music from the samba schools of North Brazil in Bahia, is commonly known as samba Duro (hard samba).

BUSH TALK this song has a Latin/ jungle type feel, what people like to call jungle music or House music this is the thing that they really want to imitate a very primal sound of live traditional drums playing on the top of sequence loop sounds

ZUMBA DA this unique piece of music has a marching band orchestral band laying down the bases for an Afro/ Latin drumming style grove.

PO BOY MAMBO this song has a typical Latin feel of the Caribbean particularly Porto Rico.

CUBAN BO PETE this song very similar to the previous one but with more of a Cuban flavor

AROBEBIC SAMBA this piece represents the music of the samba schools in Rio de is Janeiro, with an infection is beat of the music of carnival in Brazil

ZUMBA PRA LA this is the last song consisting of two parts The first part has the traditional West African drumming feel designated to give you that last push in your workout.

ZUMBA PRA CA (cool down).  This half which has a break in order you to start your cool down mode  it has the feel of being on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean or South America listening to Ocean sounds and basically this helps you to do your cool down exercises and or stretches.  This song is also good for meditations relaxing try to put yourself in another space and time other than the one you are in now.
