Abuse of power by a misinformed employee:
On August 15, 2017: between hours of1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Mr. LaDonya I met with me for an exit interview. Because this was the first time I had to do this, later I would find out that this exit interview was really a safety check to make sure that all your paperwork was done down at no time and it was made clear to me pacifically clear that I would have the provide paychecks stubs to prove that Casa Samba funds were distributed correctly according to services rendered. The request for providing Miss LaDonya with all the named documents that were requested as described in my service provider contract was given to Miss LaDonya.
As Summer 2017 comes to a close, we would like to kick start the Service Provider Exit Interview process. You will need to submit the following items prior to the exit interview:
Financial Ledger
Financial Ledger Supporting Documents
List of Summer Camps Serviced
Dates of Service to each camp
After viewing the documents Miss LaDonya deem that the documents were not completed and because of that, she would not release my check until I provide her with my check stubs. She was not telling the truth or she didn’t know what the truth was when she said this. I had already received my check. Because the person who mailed the check was following the same procedure that was used last year and years before that. there never was an exit interview done for Casa Samba.
Each time before I could receive a check I had to sign all necessary documents online with Miss Karla to verify that I had completed all my work obviously the reason why she sent the check. Following the policy like she did in the previous years because Casa Samba was never asked to do an exit interview.
As of now, no one has spoken to Miss LaDonya about this abuse of power no one has gotten back to me about why she did this. Casa Samba has never heard anything from anyone and concerning this incident which to me is very serious, I know it is not in the best interest of NORDC to abuse their partners like this.
Abuse of power By employees:
Please observe the writing in red this goes back to Miss LaDanya at this time using the contracts department to force Casa Samba to turn in check stubs for my 2017 service provider exit documents. This was never included Casa Samba’s contract. This results from this direct backlash of Casa Samba not providing check stubs for my 2017 year Service provider contract.
The required 2017 end-of-camp documents must be submitted by Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, in order to be approved for the next phase of the 2018 process.
Missed LaDonya knowing that I did not have these documents at no time did miss La Donya communicated with the contracts department that the documents in question would not be available because it was not included in my contract. Instead of trying to use this issue to deny funds for 2018 Service provider year. She should be trying to help us with this situation but nobody was able to give us any answers or to help us. We feel to believe the situation is getting very vindictive and is spreading throughout your organization.
The perfect scenario of the spread of this bullying and vindictive culture

This is a direct backlash spread from Miss Ladonya passing it on to another employee of you’re staff Catherine A. Woodfox included in on this incident. Apparently, Miss LaDonya asked for assistance and reported that I had not turned in all supporting documents for 2017 service provider partnership.
To show you how this abuse of power is contagious I received an email from miss Ladonya asking for information about my classes. Because of all the conflicting emails, Casa Samba has become very confused about what my status really is the information that she was requesting had been given already. But because I did not respond apparently she emailed a woman name, Catherine :
This is an example of the cold heartless emails that I really don’t know. For who does this apply to, because our name is not even on this email so I don’t know who they’re sending it to.
