In the past this information was provided to us as an extended courtesy to it&#8217;s long-standing partnership of NORDC.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><em>[popuppress id=&#8221;373&#8243;]<br \/>\n<\/em>Why wasn&#8217;t this email sent months ago as it was done in the previous year by the last cultural department Manager the previous years.\u00a0 Miss Johanna who is no longer with NORDC but always extended it a great courtesy of getting us these documents at least two weeks in advance before it was actually due. In 2016 This is where the policy changed before you look at the changing policy. Let&#8217;s go over the previous service provider incident in 2016<u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/p>\n<p>To understand what this means you have to know that the procedure to get the following information for Service Providers. It takes Casa Samba three days possibly four days to obtain this information. The reason for this possible delay is that when this information is sent out they have no knowledge of what personal agenda at City Hal. lt is whether or not the officials that need to sign the documents are available and will be in the office. On several occasions I have walked through this process it is taken at least four days because of the absence certain officials four needed to sign these documents has held up the process numerous times.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance document:\u00a0 Apparently NORDC staff is not informed that each partner has to purchase their Insurance policies and enter into good standings with the government. The problem is the dates are conflicting with the fiscal year. two different dates this date is in turn interpreted as our physical year of both our policy and good standings with the government different ending physical year. At our physical year for the documents that are required for NORDC ends after the requested for Service provided information is needed.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore there\u2019re two documents that are holding up the process of our service provider agreement.<br \/>\nInsurance: our application was denied saying our insurance is not up-to-date<\/p>\n<p>Also Included:<\/p>\n<p>Status of good standing with the government for 2018. Because of the physical year is conflicting with the documents that you\u2019re asking inch prior to the date that I receive the service provider documents to be signed. Until this policy is revamped this problem will continue to happen we are always in good standards with the government we always have our insurance up-to-date your staff is asking for information that is conflicting<br \/>\nThe required documents on November 3, 2018, was it delivered to the office on November 3 By Casa Samba.<br \/>\n<em>Please observe the difference in these two emails the first one does not ask you this the cycle and denies me this. So, in other words, your tonight me for something that you didn\u2019t even ask for. **<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Where is the request for this document sent in the email on November 3<br \/>\n<em><u> required 2017 end-of-camp documents must be submitted by Friday, Dec. 15,<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><u>[popuppress id=&#8221;227&#8243;]<br \/>\n<\/u>[popuppress id=&#8221;496&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>We are still waiting for answers this is what happen at the technical assistance meeting. As well the issue above could\u2019ve been handled at this meeting but no one could answer our questions. Since the meeting we have not been call we have only been intimidated by emails as well as too irate phone calls about information that NORDC already has.<\/p>\n<p>The 11\/3\/2018 <u>technical assistance<\/u> for all service providers this meeting lasted about two hours at no time in the meeting was the issue with Casa Samba addressed as well as another partner of NORDC. Another African American partners Jason Horn since this meeting he has actually left NORDC because the Improper treatment and disrespect we both have similar concerns.<\/p>\n<p>After sitting in the meeting for two hours and everything that was mention we already knew when it was time for us to ask questions we were only given five minutes all everyone else had much more time to deal with their situation after our five minutes of discussion we were told that our questions and concerns had to be addressed by the law department.<\/p>\n<p>Until this day we are still waiting for the law department haven\u2019t herd anything back yet about this information that we requested.
